“Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.”

After an initial appointment has been scheduled, an e-mail will be sent with a link to my practice's Simple Practice Client Portal. The portal includes client paperwork, contact information, and intake information.
I provide compassionate, evidence‑based support for individuals ages 17 and up, couples, and families. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative—focused on helping each client understand their emotions, clarify their needs, and move toward a more meaningful and connected life.

Counseling for Teens and Young Adults

Adolescence and early adulthood are full of intense transitions—new responsibilities, shifting relationships, and the pressure to define who you are and where you’re headed. Counseling offers a steady, supportive space to:
-
Navigate big life transitions such as graduation, college, career exploration, or moving away from home
-
Understand and regulate intense emotions
-
Cope with uncertainty and self‑doubt
-
Explore identity, values, and purpose
-
Strengthen communication and relationship skills
Together, we work to build confidence, resilience, and a clearer sense of direction.
Counseling for Adults

Adulthood brings its own set of challenges—some expected, others surprising. Therapy can help you move through these experiences with clarity and self‑compassion. I support adults who are:
-
Navigating career changes, workplace stress, or burnout
-
Struggling with social anxiety or relationship patterns
-
Working to establish or maintain a committed partnership
-
Managing the complexities of parenting
-
Caring for aging parents
-
Seeking deeper meaning in their work, relationships, and daily life

In our work together, we focus on naming and accepting feelings and needs, identifying values, and creating a path forward that feels aligned and sustainable.

Counseling for Older Adults

Later life can bring profound reflection, shifting roles, and new emotional landscapes. Counseling provides a compassionate space to:
-
Process life experiences and transitions
-
Navigate grief and loss
-
Cope with chronic pain or health changes
-
Explore meaning, identity, and purpose in aging
My goal is to help older adults feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move through this meaningful stage of life.

Couples Counseling

Relationships thrive when partners feel heard, valued, and connected. Couples counseling helps partners:
-
Navigate conflict with more clarity and less reactivity
-
Repair from betrayals or ruptures in trust
-
Feel more deeply heard and understood
-
Strengthen emotional intimacy
-
Identify shared values, goals, and a clear path forward
Together, we build a foundation of trust, communication, and mutual understanding.
Family Counseling

Families are complex systems, and even small misunderstandings can ripple into larger patterns. Family counseling supports families in:
-
Strengthening trust and connection
-
Improving communication and reducing conflict
-
Helping each member feel heard, understood, and valued
-
Clarifying roles, expectations, and shared meaning
-
Creating more opportunities for joy, play, and togetherness
The goal is a family environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.
A Supportive, Non‑Judgmental Space

Across all services, my approach centers on acceptance, compassion, and clarity. I help clients name their feelings, understand their needs, and move toward lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, and connected.
