You don’t have to navigate this season alone. I’m Rachel Saenger, a counselor in Georgetown, TX who supports teens, adults, and couples working through anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, steady, and grounded in helping you feel understood, supported, and more connected to yourself and the people you love.

How I Help

I bring 20 years of clinical experience to help those struggling with:

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on what matters most to you. I help clients:

  • Ease anxiety and overwhelm

  • Move through depression with more clarity and support

  • Strengthen communication and connection in relationships

  • Navigate life changes, losses, and transitions

  • Build emotional resilience and healthier patterns with themselves and with others.

My style blends evidence-based tools and techniques with deeper insight so you can make meaningful, sustainable changes in your daily life.

I love working with creative‑minded clients—artists, musicians, writers, and entrepreneurs who often move through the world with deep sensitivity and a rich inner life. Many come to therapy looking for a safe place to sort through personal or performance anxiety, reconnect with confidence, or explore how to integrate their creativity into their work or daily life in a way that feels authentic. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to share your creative passions, and I offer a space where your ideas, emotions, and artistic identity are heard, respected, and genuinely understood.

Scheduling

You can request an appointment through my contact form or by email. I’ll respond with available times and answer any questions you may have.

Before Your First Session

You’ll receive a link to a brief intake form and consent forms via email so I can understand what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy.

Your First Session

We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy or confusing, what you want to change, and what support looks like for you. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a plan for next steps.

Your First Month of Therapy

The first few weeks are about building comfort, clarity, and momentum.

  • Session 1: Understanding your story, your goals, and what you need right now

  • Sessions 2–3: Exploring patterns, stressors, and strengths; learning grounding and coping tools

  • Session 4: Beginning deeper work on the themes that matter most—relationships, anxiety, mood, or life transitions

By the end of the first month, most clients feel more supported, more hopeful, and more equipped with practical strategies they can use between sessions.

A Supportive Space for Real Life

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, therapy can help you move forward with more steadiness and self‑understanding. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, supported in your growth, and empowered to make meaningful shifts.
